Krakow and Kazimierz

We really enjoyed our time in Krakow!  What a beautiful city!

The roasted breast of duck I had on our very first night.  Delicious!

What a fairytale!  It was freezing in the morning at the Rynek Główny (Central Square) in Krakow.

In the early evening before the Christmas Market opened.

Dinner for D at the Christmas Market!  YUM!

 Pork and cabbage, yum!

 SEE THAT?!  GOLOMBKI!!!

We visited this coffee shop every single day, sometimes twice a day, just so we could get chai tea and caffe mochas.

 Like my braids?  :)

In Kazimierz at the oldest synagogue in Krakow (white building).  It's not being used as a synagogue now, but the foundations are over 800 years old.

The view outside our hotel in Kazimierz, the old Jewish district.

The Ariel Jewish restaurant next door.

On the way to the Oskar Schindler Muzeum.

The Rynek Główny again.

That evening it started snowing as we walked around Wawel Castle.

 Wawel Castle.

Polish amber is beautiful.  I loved this dragon!  The dragon seems to be the symbol of Krakow.

 POLSKA!

So pretty!
